i just wanna know is it possible for someone to hack anything with my computer or xbox or whatever since i enable my dmz host ip adress instead of having it disable?

you are better off doing port forwarding to you node(internet device) that you want to be accessed from the internet and open only the ports that you need for that node. i do this at home for host server applications its a lot safe then enabling dmz on your router.
