Does a netspend card charge overdraft fees?
I just ordered a netspend card. From my understanding, it is a secured credit card (a visa, much like a debit, where your own money is put on the card, but it helps build up your credit.) If you don"t have enough money in your account for your purchase, will it stop at 0 (such as a gift card) or will it overdraw (such as a debit card)? If it will overdraw, how much is the fee?
Update: My father was sick so I needed some quick cash and netspend wasn't willing to help me out. So I used 100DayLoans. They gave me 1500 dollars that I didn't need to start paying until after 100 days. Needless to say I also canceled my card to those netspend a**holes and got a Vision Prepaid Visa. Million times better because netspend was a flippin headache.
