The existing war on coal is approximated to cost thousands if not millions of jobs. The new policies are estimated to close up to 1/5 of all coal power plants, which provide 40 % of all electrical power in the USA. Exactly how lots of people do you understand that the “wicked” coal market is supposedly eliminating with pollution?

How numerous jobs is the EPA costing America?

How can i contact the EPA about major complaints regarding Vehicle emission standards.
The emission standards are choking the all vehicles made today. We could much get improved power, and fuel economy with out them. Fuel economy has become of great importance.
In the economic down turn we need vehicles that can get much better fuel economy and the abolished use of ethanol use in our gas. When i went to canada there ethanol free fuel gave me much improved mileage, and i was in my truck hauling a trailer, i got a 2-3 mileage increase.
The corn that goes into making ethanol could be used in food and would reduce the cost of food and fuel. We spend so much money on an unsustainable fuel that just hurts our vehicles performance and some cars and trucks with sensitive fuel systems can be permanently hurt by this.
    Help Me stop this.

Greatest environmental disaster the country has ever seen and the EPA is nowhere to be seen, it’s apparent they’re worthless.

It was the job of MMS to inspect and report any problems found, in short they’re responsible for the safe operation of the rig. MMS failed at the only thing they’re suppose to do, it’s apparent they’re guilty of neglect and should be held accountable.
Not sure Kirby, can’t sue them because their money is our money. Prison sentences possibly for those in charge at different levels.

Yes we all want clean air & water but is the EPA really supposed to be used to install liberal policy and avoid congress?

(considering that too much atmospheric oxygen would endanger plant life, cause extreme rust damage, and risk out-of-control fires)?

If the EPA does have that authority, what is the legal basis for it?

  6. supernerd567 says:

If it cannot be located under any clause in the constitution, shouldn’t the EPA be considered a terrorist organization?

  7. Alun J says:

Lots of people here seem to think we shoupd get clear of the EPA since its policies stifle business. But if we did, then business would take faster ways when dealing with waste. Sure, you could sue, however you would need to proove the company was accountable for your kids disease, and that is hard. Even if you won, would it undo the damages to your youngster?

I need to write a speech about the EPA controlling dust. They are trying to fine farmers for dust emissions Whether its livestock kicking up dust, soybeans being combined on a dry day in the fall, or driving a car down the gravel road, dust is a naturally occurring event.

Hi! I’m currently taking a salmon oil supplement with 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA. I was wondering if this was enough. I found a couple of GNC fish oil supplements that provide 360mg EPA / 240mg DHA in one, and 647mg EPA / 253mg DHA in the other. Should I be taking a supplement with these kinds of amounts or is it too much?

  10. EzioAuditore1459 says:

All vegetarian Omega 3 tablets either contain DHA or EPA. I know EPA can convert into DHA but I don’t think DHA can convert into EPA.

  11. Matt says:

Do you know? I heard it was 900 mg total of EPA/DHA combined.
OR can I get my fats from leafy greens and flax oils?

I live in Florida, and would like to report the company that just fired me for EPA violations. I went to the epa.gov website but didn’t see much there. Should I be looking more for a state agency?

The Environmental Protection Agency is flying a plane over the Super Bowl

When the report comes out that 10s of 1000s of people make a lot of CO2 will the left put a moratorium on large events like concerts, sports, the Olympics, and the like?

  19. rashest_hippo says:

Last time I checked we elected a President and had a Congress that made the laws. I don’t remember electing a King.

For the EPA director to promise that she would regulate CO2 at the behest of the Copenhagen conference will and not the will of the American people and the Congress they elect is scary.

Do you think that is right for our President to rule by decree and subvert the congress?

  20. Matt says:

I have read a few articles citing that the Environmental Protection Agency would be flying a twin-engine aircraft w/ infrared to monitor an area. Does the EPA own this plane? Who operates it? How would a pilot get employed to work for this agency?

    Thank you so much.
