After that, goto http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/mpo/ and pick up the ping optimizer plugin and install it. It will prevent you from over pinging and being labeled a ping spammer.

I have a truly great internet site that I created half a year ago and it does not get barley any type of traffic in it. It’s a fan website really, and a fantastic one at that and I work on it all the time. However when I search it’s title on Google, it does not reveal until the 3rd page, however a whole load of other sites that for some reason have the name in it show, and they’re not even related at the tiniest! Does anybody know anyhow for me to get a whole lot of traffic to it? I’ve tried Meta Tags and I publish whenever there are brand-new updates on the subject, I sent the link into websites such as Google, Bing, Yahoo and MSN and I published the link on different chatangos (yeah, i’m desperate). Can anyone offer me more suggestions to obtain even more traffic please?

I have my main website as well as a blog on a subdomain. I post updates to my main website with simple .html file extensions, and I can post those same updates (or completely different ones) on my WordPress-based blog.
Now the differences is the pages on the blog are indexed by Google and other search engines, but the pages on the main site are not. I can do a keyword search for anything in the update and it shows me my blog page, but it won’t show me the content on the .html pages that are on the main site.
I’d really rather not use the WordPress blog as it’s limiting (crippling) my ability to learn how to do these sort of things myself. I’m starting simple with .html extensions and hope to use this project to teach myself more than html.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I just started a blog (www.teacherfierce.livejournal.com) and I want people to see it. what can I do invite people to view it and to post comments?
I haven’t started a blog yet, so I can’t exactly add a website…but when I do start a blog, how do I get people to notice it? I mean, there are SO many bloggers today but more than half of them are sort of unknown. I don’t want to get lost in the crowd.
I have a diet blog i just started, i have about 3 posts, someone said i should start promoting i now. I thought i should wait until i had at least 10 posts and feedback from a few people in various forums before I promote it so maybe in 2 weeks. What do you think?

And also why does Firefox 3 not save the link settings I create and always reverts back to how the links looked when I first opened it?

My computer was infected by a certain worm and left a hshqt.exe file in the “Documents and Settings” folder. Although the virus has been deleted, Windows still attempts to load the already deleted hshqt.exe file. The attempt of loading the file causes the system to load slowly. How do i fix this problem?
I am utilizing a 24″ monitor as the only screen for my laptop. The only problem is that every time I turn the laptop computer on, the display settings on the monitor is the wrong resolution and it uses both the monitor and the laptop screen. So every time I turn my pc on I have to go into display settings and change it. Exists any way I can make 1920 * 1080 the long-lasting setting so I do not have to change it all the time? Thanks for your help.
My os is windows 7 greatest.
i was trying to reset the settings of the laptop because i forgot my wpa key, so i logged on through my ip address and changed it so that it didn’t need a password anymore. Now it wont let me connect AT ALL i’m having to use my neighbours netgear to post this. I DONT have access to my wpa key, can somebody please help me fix this?

Im trying to delete the browsing history but i cant it said, “some settings are manage by your administrator” Im the administrator but it doesn’t let me erase the history. Im not part of any domain or something is just a alone computer. How to I change the settings.
