My business simply introduced an e-commerce site. We only have 2 items, both intended at ergonomics/gaming, nonetheless we simply understood we do not have a waiver (doh!). Does anyone have any tips or great links to do this? I would like for it to sound as professional, and be as protective as possible. Any help is considerably appreciated.

I am selling a gas range used. I want to get out from under any liability related to the buyer’s installation or use of this. What kind of disclaimer can I have them sign when buying it?
Wondering if I need to get something SIGNED by the buyer? Or just keep copies of my advertisement?

Dad passed away. My parents Will included a disclaimer trust. My mom will refuse assets and put into a trust. We already went to surrogate court/probate and we know what assets are going to fund the trust. What do we have to do, preferably without a lawyers, to establish the trust so we can move assets into it and allow us to start moving the joint assets staying outside the trust into my mom’s name only.

So many people, especially women who are concerned they may be pregnant or have other health/medical conditions, post questions here on Yahoo Answers, looking for genuine answers if not advice to their health matters and problems.

But although a lot of people mean well here on Yahoo Answers, not all answers given by people are always genuine/helpful as they can be misinformed, et cetera and I think it’s always best (particulary with serious if not urgent) medical, health queries that persons arrange consultation with their doctor rather than resort to finding the answers on the internet.

So shouldn’t Yahoo Answers consider placing disclaimer or caution notices on here about what indeed may well be a better approach to getting answers on personal health matters offline, rather than risk any and usually unspecialised views/responses online?

Im currently working on a web comic series using a bunch of assets from various places, some of which belong to a company which allows them to be used freely. Im just wondering how I should write my disclaimer to show that I claim copyright over the work, the story and some assets, while I dont claim over others.

If I put a disclaimer for putting up music to help me avoid copyright infringement, will it still give me a possibility of getting in trouble.

Also, if I get a strike, will it ruin my chances for getting a Youtube Partnership?
