I got an email from someone named anonymous. How can I trace the ip address of this person. I can't just view the header because it was sent from a gmail address. Is there anything undetectable that I can place in an email that will tell me the ip address when the person replies?

So I am worried about my MySpace. I'm afraid a pedophile can just search for my IP and he has my address. So can they just get it through email ..? or can they get it from YouTube, MySpace, Yahoo Messenger, or anything like that ?
